Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation & Return Conditions
1. General Terms
- By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
- Shipping fees, which represent the delivery cost of the product, shall be paid by the buyers.
- Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and along with documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if any.
- If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing (email, WhatsApp) or verbally within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
2. If the Purchased Product Price Is Not Paid
- If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
3. Purchases Made With Unauthorized Use of Credit Cards
- After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, with shipping expenses borne by the BUYER.
4. If the Product Cannot Be Delivered on Time Due to Unforeseen Reasons
- If force majeure events beyond the SELLER's control occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the BUYER. The BUYER may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation. Where payment was made by credit card, the refund is issued to the card; however, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account.
5. Buyer's Obligation to Inspect the Product
- The Buyer shall inspect the contractual goods/services before receiving them; damaged or defective goods/services (dented, broken, torn packaging, wet, etc.) shall not be received from the courier company. Received goods/services shall be deemed undamaged and sound. The BUYER is obliged to carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the indicated address, provided that the SELLER is notified via the contact details below.

- The direct cost of returning the goods (return shipping) shall be borne by the BUYER. The BUYER is informed of this cost before placing the order. If the SELLER has not informed the BUYER of this cost in advance, the return shipping cost shall belong to the SELLER.
- If the purchase consists of a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has started with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period. Notification regarding the right of withdrawal has been presented in the Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the Buyer places the order knowing these terms.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER within the 14 (fourteen) day period by registered mail, fax, email, or other methods specified by the SELLER, and the product must be unused under the provisions of "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised".
7. Exercise of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
- The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER (if the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Corporate order returns cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued).
- The return form, box, packaging, and standard accessories (if any) of the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged.
- The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price and any documents binding the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or if the return becomes impossible due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations resulting from proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.
- If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is fallen below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount utilized under the campaign will be canceled.
8. Products Excluded From the Right of Withdrawal
- Pursuant to the Regulation, returns are not possible for goods prepared in accordance with the BUYER's explicit personal needs, underwear bottoms, swimwear/bikini bottoms, makeup products, single-use items, perishable goods or those likely to expire, products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, products mixed with other items after delivery and inseparable by nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (other than subscription agreements), services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as audio/video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage devices, and computer consumables if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Furthermore, exercising the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period is also not possible.
- Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must remain unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Contracts where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation:
- Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or likely to expire quickly.
- Contracts for goods whose protective elements (packaging, tape, seal, box) have been opened after delivery, making them unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- Contracts for goods that naturally become inextricably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Contracts regarding books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in physical media if protective elements have been opened after delivery.
- Contracts relating to accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food/beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or relaxation that must be performed on a specific date or period.
- Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
9. Default and Legal Consequences
- If the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank under the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may seek legal remedies, demand expenses and attorney fees from the BUYER, and in all cases of default, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for any damages incurred due to delayed performance of the debt.
